These terms are an agreement between you and Data Pro, operating as DataPro. By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use DataPro, you agree to these terms.
Our service
DataPro provides online data learning lessons, practice exercises, certificates and related tools. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and must give accurate account details.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Fair use
You must not use DataPro unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security—including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or getting around access limits. You may not resell or redistribute our content.
Ownership and licence
Data Pro owns the platform, software, lessons, documentation and branding. Within your selected plan, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Availability
We work to keep DataPro available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties.
AI learning assistance and your content
You retain your rights in content you submit and give Data Pro permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You must have the rights to your inputs and are responsible for your prompts, checking outputs and how you use them. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Data Pro does not claim ownership of AI outputs you receive.
AI assistance is for learning, not regulated professional advice. Outputs may be inaccurate and require human review. Do not request illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech, malware or ways to bypass safeguards. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for misuse or repeated infringement.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
